What areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver across all areas inside Amman's borders, with the fastest service in Abdoun, Deir Ghbar, Khalda, Sweifieh, Marj Al Hamam, and Dabouq. Outside Amman, we deliver next-day outside through a trusted third-party courier.

How fast will I get my order?
Choose scheduled next-day delivery for free, or same-day delivery for a flat 3 JD. Orders placed before 5:00 PM typically qualify for same-day.

Is there a minimum order value?
Yes — orders must total at least 10 JD to check out.

Do you have a physical store I can visit?
No — Petsjo is delivery-only. We don't hold stock in a shop; our drivers pick up directly from trusted vendors and bring it straight to your door, which keeps stock fresher than a traditional pet store.

Can I order by phone or WhatsApp instead of the website?
We've moved to online ordering only. If you've ordered with us before by phone, message us on WhatsApp and we'll help set up your account in under a minute — you'll get order tracking, reorder-in-one-click, and promo codes.

What if my order arrives damaged, wrong, or incomplete?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Claims reported after 24 hours may not be eligible for replacement, so please check your order as soon as it arrives.

What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?
We'll contact you before delivery to offer a comparable substitute or a refund for that item — we never substitute without your approval.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders can be changed or cancelled up until dispatch. Once your order is out for delivery, changes aren't possible.

What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery, Card on Delivery, or CliQ.

Do you offer promo codes or discounts?
Yes — enter your code at checkout on the payment page. Codes are single-use per account unless stated otherwise. Follow us or check your email for active offers.
